Fiona Ratic

With 10 years of cross-sector leadership and expertise in NLP and coaching, Fiona delivers practical strategies for unlocking potential. She offers a rare perspective, having navigated the transition from team member to leader firsthand.
Fiona cares deeply about Dementia. Both of her parents sadly have this cruel disease. She has experienced firsthand the profound impact dementia can have on family and friends. It's not just about memory loss; it's about the gradual loss of a relationship, the shifting of roles, and the emotional rollercoaster of grief and adaptation. Her experience has reshaped her perspective on life and what truly matters. This is something that Fiona really wants to share with other people to help them.
Fiona's primary goal in sharing her story is to offer a message of hope and empowerment. She wishes to connect with those of you who have gone through similar experiences, are currently navigating dementia, or may face it in the future. Fiona would love to reach those who may not have a direct connection to dementia but are seeking inspiration to live more fully.
She hopes the audience will take away a new perspective on adversity. Even in the face of immense challenges, it is possible to find meaning, growth, and a renewed sense of purpose. This speech offers a framework for navigating difficult times with resilience.
Her speech is about transforming a personal tragedy into a source of inspiration and a call to action. It's about finding light in the darkness and using even the most difficult experiences to fuel a more meaningful and vibrant life.
She hopes to help many more people through sharing her experience via public speaking

Louise King

Lou King is a professional life coach, pro organiser, and founder of Re-store-ation Coaching CIC. With over 15 years of experience in community development, transformational coaching, and whole health, she helps people release internal, external, and relational clutter to step into rest and rediscover who they truly are.

Her talk explores whether the journey of restoration feels costly—and why. When we realise the cost is tied to the way we were made, everything shifts.

Lou’s Christo-centric approach supports those weighed down by clutter in all forms. Having personally overcome hoarding behaviors after loss and life challenges, she combines lived experience with professional skills to help others break free. What if letting go isn’t losing, but about freeing up your heart, mind, and spiritual life to become who you already are, and gain everything?

Nekita Paul

Nekita Paul is an empowerment coach, and advocate for women’s rights. As someone who was denied her inheritance simply because she was a woman, she understands firsthand how systemic barriers shape lives. With over 25 years of experience in social justice and advocacy, Nekita helps individuals challenge limiting beliefs and push for change. She is here to talk about why confronting inequality—whether gendered, racial, or structural—is not just necessary, but urgent.

Natasha Gordon

Natasha Gordon is a mum of five, an experienced NCT antenatal teacher, maternity nurse, and new parent coach. Over the past 8 years, she’s helped more than 1,000 new parents feel more confident and less overwhelmed during one of life’s biggest changes—having a baby.

She knows firsthand how hard those early months can be. That’s why she created The Family Wellness Hub—a supportive space where new parents can be real, feel heard, and build confidence without shame or pressure.

In her talk, Natasha will share her personal story of surviving, healing, and rising again—and how we can all create a better future for our families by being real, not perfect. If you've ever felt like you had to keep it all together when inside you were falling apart- this talk is for you.

Sam Bloom

I’m Sam, a 40-something professional on a journey to chase my dreams. While I’m currently employed in the corporate world, I’m working toward creating something of my own what that looks like yet I'm not sure. I’m also navigating life with a late ADHD diagnosis, which has given me new insights into who I am, how I work, create, and grow. I believe in the power of creativity, self-discovery, and taking small steps toward big goals. I’m excited to keep learning, evolving, and turning ideas into action.
